So I bought a baby monstera Thai constellation a month or so ago and against my gut feeling I didn’t take it out of its perlite/fluval stratum mix. Today I checked it and the stem below the first node was gone. I’ve dabbed cinnamon on the bottom as it dried out well and patted a little rooting powder on both nodes. It’s also in a shot glass of water. Any tips for what I can do to help this thing? I’m really gutted this has happened and don’t want to lose it because it’s variegation is so nice
