This Aglaonema was in my daughter’s room. She put it in a north facing window and it lost leaves, became pale and rough looking. There was a lot more sun in the window than I anticipated. Brought it out to dining room where I could keep an eye on it-check moisture, for pests, etc. Last night I touched the stem and it fell over and broke off at the soil line. The picture shows where it broke. The white is not mold, it’s remnant of stem and small piece of perlite.
