   Usually black/brown spots in the center of the leaves and tips indicates some sort of fungal/rot problem. I’d remove the affected leaves, spray with a fungicide (I’ve heard good things about Arbor or Captain Jack’s fungicide), also try to improve air circulation around your plant, I know they like distilled/rain water as well and a specific kind of fertilizer for pitcher plants.
