I have 4 of these that used to be in one big planter that i separated. One of them is doing amazing and the other three not so much. They are not putting out leaves and when they do the get very dry and kind of roll up. They all get the same care. Anyone know what may be the issue? Left is the one doing amazing Right is one of the struggling ones

    They can be somewhat temperamental. Possibly transplant shock?I had a lot of browning leaves on mine and yesterday I chopped a lot back. Today, It’s showing me it’s signs of stress. They can take a while to recover give them all the same light humidity, etc., (like you say you’re doing) and it should bounce back.
