please help! i got this pitcher plant about two years ago as a gift and she means a lot to me, but because of school i forgot to take care of her for a long time :-( she looks unhealthy and i don’t know what to do! is there any way i can save her?

    I’m still learning, but if it were me, I would take it out check the roots take off all the dead stuff, repot it and maybe add a pole or something to stabilize it and give it a good drink

      I also would not keep the soil moist, only water soil is dry when you stick your finger in it, this could’ve been overwatered. Also, not necessary to mist every day, maybe every other day would be enough. If roots are black and mushy remove them, spray remaining roots with peroxide and water mix and repot. Check roots in two weeks I’d day.

    I’m surprised the plant has been okay in soil :O I was told that soil would kill them and they had to be kept in sphagnum moss

      i’ve heard this too! i don’t know a lot about plant care but when i was given the plant it was in a pot of soil, so i assumed it was okay haha. i just try to keep it moist because my room isn’t very humid, and mist every day :-)
