I need some advice please! I had to move my plants 3 times in the past 2 months. They are stressed and some of them are dropping leaves. They are in their new permanent spot now, is there anything I can do to help them recover? Thanks!

Mostly it's just letting them rest. Reducing thier light slightly can help while they're recovering. Plants also like sound, so you could play music with a strong beat or thunderstorm sounds. For especially weak ones, you can exhale on the leaves to give them a bit of extra CO2 to breathe

Maybe put a space heater nearby or some humidity?
