Hi all! Found an anonymous bulb today freezing in the sidewalk, took it home. I'm guessing it is a tulip, most often they are planted in gardens in the area. Watched some videos on indoor tulip planting, but I'd appreciate any help or advice from anyone with experience growing these lil babies. Thank you!
Tulips do like a nice freeze to get the best blooms a lot of people put them in the freezer before planting them.
1 like How long do they have to freeze before planting? I'm guessing this lil dude got at least a month of +2 to -7 temperatures. Should I put it in the freezer anyway before potting, you think?:)
0 likes Google says put it in the fridge for 12-19 weeks before potting! I thought it it was the freezer but apparently its fridge lol
