How do I prevent the top of my soil from molding? Am I overwatering? This is happening to two of my plants, and now the mold is spreading to the stems so I’m not sure how to get it off without damaging the plant more.

    You could try putting in a little hydrogen peroxide when you water because that kills mold spores

    I like the Captain Jacks Copper Fungicide for less invasive mold-killing. Otherwise repotting and reconsidering how often your watering and your airflow around the plant will help a ton to prevent overpopulation again.
