Does anyone know this plant name? Are those roots do I have to move it to a bigger pot

    Opuntia monocantha or stricta? I get lost with the prickly pear. Those are indeed roots. I would take it out of the pot and see if it’s actually root bound. You could upsize a tiny bit but cacti like pretty snug pots.
