My dieffenbachia has looked poorly for quite awhile. Any suggestions?

    Take this with a grain of salt but I think I would take the portion on the left out of the pot. Then rinse the roots off with hydrogen peroxide and trim them. I would then put that piece in its own smaller pot.

      Agree. I would assess your root situation and trim and repot smaller and treat them like newer propagations for a while until they stabilize
