Deck plant recently purchased and it appears it is going to die not sure what I am doing wrong. It has plenty of light part sun part shade although it has been very hot and humid should I take inside?

    I have this same plant outside and its been very hot and very dry (i live in a very dry climate) but what I've noticed is they like ALOT of water. I have to drench mine every day.

    Thank you! It have kept it very wet due to the heat could I be overwatering?

    I'm not sure if you could be overwatering but maybe bcz of your humidity. Try not watering if its soaking wet for a few days. Mine dries out so quickly i HAVE to drench it but maybe thats not the case with yours. Sorry i can't be more help. Just experiment with it, thats the only way you'llbe able to figure it out. If it dies buy another one. They are so pretty.

    If it doesn't need water yet, you can mist the leaves to help it keep cool. Lots of plants are struggling right now with the heat wave, so it's probably just overheated and thirsty more often
