My plant named Athena started to lose its color and it’s starting to shrivel, but I don’t know why?

My guess is a water issue. Either over watered or not watered enough. Touch the soil. If it’s dry, water. If it’s soaking wet and u didnt recently water, then it’s most likely root rot.

My guess is the soil became hydrophobic. Try bottom watering and giving it a good soak

These plants are also very reactive to too much light, I keep mine away from direct sunlight and exclusively use a grow light. I also use a clear pot so I can exactly when the soil is dry and ready for a drink

I have a polka dot plant, i've noticed that it doesn't really like for the soil to be dry.
