I’m trying to save a Hoya Krimson Queen from root rot. Does anyone know what this blurry film is between the roots? Is it new root formation or decay?

    called water mold, it's a kind of algae. dump the water, gently rinse the roots. add a splash of hydrogen peroxide to delay it's return but it'll probably come back.
