Any tips on bringing my croton back?

Check for root rot (improve soil drainage if you find it.) If it's rot, that one's likely doomed. If it's not rot, it looks severely dehydrated. Give it a long (like an hour to a whole day) bottom watering soak, and make sure it drains thoroughly after. Because it has almost no leaves, it can't photosynthesize very well and will be very slow to use up that water (so watch the soil and don't water again until it starts to dry.) Exhaling on the leaves occasionally can help give it extra CO2, and playing music may help it recover

KellyMine was not doing well either. I did find misting stopped the leaf shedding tho. Co2 and music? Ill try it. I marked it as dead in this app bc I thought she was a goner but now still hanging on.

My croton is in the same situation, but the roots are fine. So I’m continuing to take care of it as usual and having patience to see if it returns. I hope we both get a good recovery!

NunyabzwxOh no! I'm sorry. I've killed a few crotons too. I have one that I've had for about 5 years though and I've noticed they don't like to be dry. They don't like to be moved. And they don't like to be looked at. Also very bright indirect light. Mine is under a very bright growlight. I have to say it's my favorite plant because I've kept it alive and full for 5 years!

Oh and they don't like facet water unless you keep the out for a day or 2.
