Anyone know how I can help this orchid? I got it this weekend from a plant store and it was severely dry. I put it in orchid bark and watered it and it started getting this yellowing. What can I do to help?

That looks like it might be a sunburn; try reducing the light a little. As for watering, watch the pseudobulbs for signs of shriveling. It's also normal for this type of orchid to occasionally let the oldest bulbs die back; they use the nutrients stored there for new growth

Some species have natural ridges, and sometimes the oldest pseudobulbs will wrinkle from age, but other than that, shriveling means dehydration. Give it a drink
