I’m trying to nurse this aloe back to health but I’m not exactly sure what it needs! Does it look like it has some kind of mold?

    Yes, the mold won’t affect your plant. If you prefer the plant without the mold just simply get a spoon and scoop the mold of the soil! To me this plants soil looks quite damp, maybe overwatered? 🫶
