How can i help my ox tongue? I got this from my mom and it sat about 15ft from a west facing window for about 1.5 years. Water maybe once every month or so. Very losely potted during that time, i mean it flopped out when i picked up the pot it was in (poor thing!) I took it cause i want to revive it. But i honestly don’t know where to go from here. The roots were clumped in a little ball, so i put it in a shallow see through plastic dish with drainage holes cause i want to make sure i can keep an eye on it closely. I am top watering it a little but then finishing up with bottom watering to encourage the roots to unclump and spread down! I carefully cleared as much clumped dirt from the roots and they looked good still, just all bundled together. Any one know is going on with the leaves?

I just bought one from ALDI on Mother’s Day and her leaves are all sprawled out too. Following for any tips.

Someone told me if they are wide out like that they need more sun, but they also said “hmm” cause the spot of the leaves almost look burnt… so yeah I’m not sure what to do😂 i think it’s cause i know they didn’t turn her for like over a year.. so the sun was on just one spot! She was pretty far from the window as well so i can kind of assume there wasn’t enough light, but the light that was hitting her, over the course of the year was too much on one spot? So i have her about 10 inches from my LED lights and am gonna keep an eye on her. I don’t think it’s got anything to do with watering however ?? I have no clue though
