I got this pilea about a year ago and it was growing great, but hasn't sprouted any new leaves for about 3 months now, and the leaves have lightened up noticeably and yellowed a bit. It's in a west facing window and gets good sunlight in the afternoon and I try to water it when the top layer of soil is dried out. Any tips??
It may just be that it slowed down in the colder months. I would make sure that it's quite dry when you water it. They are very drought-tolerant, and it is very easy to over water. Do you fertilize at all?

They also need plenty of sunlight! A mistake i make one too many times unfortunately 😆
