Hello! My poor Annabelle hydrangea was whiplashed during yesterday’s wind! It was looking great right before, but now appears weak and wilted. 😔 Is there anything I can do to help bring it back? It lives in a pot and receives morning and early afternoon sun. It was planted about a month ago. We have other annabelle hydrangeas in the ground that are a year older and they’re all okay, so I wonder if this has anything to do with it being a younger plant, or that it’s in a pot versus the ground. Any advice would be awesome! Thank you!!

It looks pretty dry to me which is probably why it’s wilty.

We’ve been watering it daily, unfortunately this happened in one day due to the winds. It does look very dry though!

If you are watering it daily then it’s overwatered. Probably root rot, almost no plants want water that often.
