This plant I have had for like 2 years and its dying very slowly but I don’t wanna lose it! It was a big hanging vine but the vines keep dying over time and I don’t know how I can get it back to a good healthy looking vine.

Abbeywabby🪴🎍maybe over watering???? my guess cause the soak looks pretty soaked. how often are you watering? Also i suggest that you cut this one off because the top already is rotting but you can try and save it my potting it in a new pop and letting the nodes re-try growing new root, root hormone would help in that to
