I’m new to the indoor plant world and I’m not sure what the problem could be. It is also loosing leaves - they are falling off daily. Any suggestions?

    Is the plant in a direct sunlight? Looks like burns. But I would cut off the dried leaves and if it is in direct sunlight, to change the spot your plant is on.
