hi all! my begonia dropped all her leaves last month, so i took a bunch of cuttings thinking i'd have to abandon the OG plant.. cuttings are growing nicely but now there's new growth on the tallest stalk! looking for suggestions on how to salvage this plant without it being super leggy/having all that bare stalk. thanks in advance!
I wouldn’t do anything at the moment, but come spring I would cut it down to the lowest few nodes and it will produce from there. I have one right now that looks the exact same. Its hard to be patient and not cut it yet!

Don’t give it up yet! When springs comes get that baby outside and I’m sure it will bounce back. Mine did almost the same, it does suffer during the winter for sure.
