Is this the correct way to propagate a begonia? I made sure that each cutting had lots of veins. The pot is covered in Saran Wrap. I don’t want it to fail. Thanks!

    Does it have air holes in the saran wrap? If not then it will mold

    I’ve only ever propagated polka dots before, but when I received a starter mountain begonia it had been propped the same way, by sticking a leaf and stem in water and letting it root. This way of propagating may work also, but I’ve propagated probably 25+ polka dot begonias no issue just sticking clippings in water. I have 3 going right now.

      How did you propagate the Polka dots? I have mine in water currently.

      Just sticking clippings in water and put it in a window. Once a good number of roots grow just throw it in a pot. I’ve never had any be picky, just gotta keep the water fresh. I’ve even left some in water for months and they’ve been fine. Not thriving, but alright.
