Just got this plant yesterday and watered it. it’s a begonia wax plant but it has SPIDER MITES 😖 I need some help on what to do

    I use an insecticidal spray from bonide and just follow the instructions on the bottle. You’ll want to make sure you find one that says it covers spider mites. Some insecticides can actually aide the spider mites reproduction. You can also use neem oil! I just can’t stand the smell

    Personally, I'd compost it! Spider mites are pretty difficult to get rid of . Alternatively leave it outside for the summer

      I’ve used Captain Jack’s Dead Bug and success, but you will have to completely douse it everywhere. I had to do this with a schismatoglottis wallichii (see pic). I take it out to the garage and spray it down, tops of leaves, bottom of leaves, main stem. You may have to treat it several times. There are more nooks and crannies on your plant for them to hide.
