Might be sentient

I recently got this begonia ferox, and I’ve noticed it’s leaf buds have been drying up before they’ve even grown a stem. I chalked it up to stress after being moved, but it hasn’t stopped and I’m thinking it might be a humidity problem. Is this correct or does anyone have other ideas? None of its big leaves have crisped up but it’s gotten a little leggy even though it’s right under a grow light. Something about it looks wrong and I want to stop it before it gets worse. Thanks for any tips!
