So obsessed with my polka dot begonia. I’ve had her for about 7 months and she’s gotten so big!! Only thing I can’t figure out is the crispy tips on the leaves. Any ideas on what might be causing them to brown?

    How long does your soil usually go before drying out enough to where you can water it? Begonias can have this problem often if the plant is overwatered or the drainage is insufficient. Any updates?

      I usually water her like once a week. Sometimes a little over a week so like every 10 days or less.

      The pot it is in is very breathable and it has great drainage. sometimes I wonder if it’s too much drainage.

      I do think it might do better in a plastic pot, as terracotta dries out fast and so more suited to cacti/succulents. Mine gets crispy when the soil stays dry too long
