My begonia feels very cluttered. I also see the “Angel wings” but they don’t grow in pairs it seems (I thought they were supposed to). Does anyone know if I’m supposed to prune this a specific way or something?

    Your plant looks healthy. The leaves do not grow in pairs however. I believe this is a cane type begonia, so maybe something to give it support to grow upwards?

      Additionally, it's probably multiple plants in one pot. You could separate them if you didn't want it as full. I like to place mine in and not move it so all the leaves face one direction towards the light. Just upto you on what aesthetic you want
