Too much light or not enough humidity? She did need water but she just needed it so I donā€™t think that is it. She is a bit leggy but also scorched.. maybe humidity and not enough light?? Any advice would be amazing šŸ™

    I did notice not letting it dry out as much! The humidity has been mid 40ā€™s the past couple days, but other than that itā€™s been in the 50ā€™s. It was doing this even when the humidity was a bit higher. The translucent leaves are new as of today, so Iā€™m thinking watering. It is about 10 feet away from an indirect, but bright light window, and then partly under a grow light. I have a shelf and it is about 3 or so feet under but also to the side. Definitely a little blocked, but room is lit.

      I think Iā€™m gonna move it to better light. I have only watered it once and that was today. Itā€™s a newer plant.. maybe because I had the nursery pot in the ceramic pot? It was definitely mostly dry and that picture was before watering . Iā€™m so unaware when it comes to grow lights and how strong they are lol

    Not sure if this is relevant for your situation, but itā€™s at least something Iā€™ve noticed looking after a Crackling Rosie angel wing begonia for a few years now. They really like humidity, but mine very much dislikes if I get water on the leavesā€¦ even a drop. So when I water Iā€™m super careful to not get any water on the leaves and since I started that my leaves have had no issues.

      Thank you! I get scared to give too much humidity to the plants in that area. Iā€™ve given root rot to plants before šŸ˜‚ I moved it to a better spot by plants that can take humidity, so Iā€™m going to try a bigger humidifier.

      Cane begonias like up to 50% humidity and ideally wouldnā€™t be in humidity less than 30%, so as long as your not exceeding much over 50%, it should be okay.
