Does anyone know if this will be a male or female? Do cucumber plants grow both male and female cucumbers or do I need another cucumber plant?

SarahBro, it would never occur to me to ask that question. The only ones that I know of that work like that are trees.

PlantRocker318Every Cucumber plant develops both Male and Female flowers(if outside, they should be pollinated by bees, if they are inside or not regularly pollinated, you can use a paint brush to manually pollinate)! Female flowers have a long green(basically a mini cucumber) pod in between the flower and the stem, and Male flowers look just like a flower connected to a stem!
