I planted some blue creeping thyme in my yard and this started growing does anyone know what it is?

    Probably asiatic dayflower. It's technically invasive but fairly well behaved and has nice royal blue flowers that only open in the morning. There's also some young ailanthus in there, which you will definitely want to remove (it has very powerful runner-type roots. Pull it immediately or it will quickly become a pain to remove)

      Im not sure which ones youre talking about that i should remove

      This one is an ailanthus. They have groups of three leaves (more as it grows) with a larger center leaf in each group. They also tend to make a distinctive smell when cut. They can grow to be about 6-8 feet tall in one growing season
