Farmer Al’s Garden
Good morning all, so this is my 1st basil plant ever but I have never seen these flowering shoots in others. I’m I suppose to trim them off because they just seem to dry up and fall. Greatly appreciate any advice & guidance. 🙏🏽

I think you are supposed to pinch off flower buds so the plant puts more energy into leaf production. Once herbs flower, they generally lose some flavour and scent.
