How do I know that the tulips bulbs are dry enough??

    You do not want them super dry only that there’s no water on them. Just split the bulbs apart and place them in a paper bag and leave them in a dry dark non humid room I usually just leave them in my garage on a shelve till October or November. I also add either vermiculite or dry shaving into the paper bag so the bulbs do not over dry.
