Bibliofan
I have a Myer lemon in a large pot. Last year I noticed these yellow dots. I thought it was a fungus so I dusted. This year the tree has yellowed significantly and even the new leaves are crunchy. I am still getting blooms and fruit forming. I fertilize with Jobes. Any idea what is going on? Should I dig out topsoil and replace it?
