What’s going on with this aloe Vera leaf? It’s pretty flat and kinda mushie. Never repotted. I only water when dry.

    So it’s experiencing a lack of nutrient supply thus going yellow. Sometimes caused by overwatering, sunlight, or shedding. The roots look to be pretty dark, probably an indication of waterlogged roots. I’m going to assume it’s a cool room that’s low humidity which is ok for them just watch watering. If anything it could be just shedding. The plant looks healthy! Will need to be repotted eventually.
