Hello, I am new to gardening this year. I am in zone 7b and i’m looking for some easy things to plant with easy care. I’d like to plant some herbs, fruits, or veggies. they will be in the plastic planter boxes sitting on the top shelf of this. Any ideas?

Tomatoes and basil is how I got started and they can thrive in containers! Look for “determinate” or “container” variety tomato seeds.

Annastasia, I’m a beginner myself (2nd season gardening) and basil was my absolute favorite. So easy and the more leaves you snip the more it produces! Most herbs did well in my little setup

Green onions grow quickly and are very easy. You can plant the white part of the green onion from the grocery store. Strawberries can do well in containers as well as many herbs
