I started some seedling outside this past weekend is it a good time to sow tomatoes yet in zone 9B?

    I started seedling tomato indoor ten days ago now it hatched. I am in zone 8b Texas. I will transplant in march.

      What about outdoors?

      It will not germinate if temperature is still cold outside. You can put a cut out milk jug on top of it too keep warm (winter sowing)
