I need help. I planted some seeds two weeks ago in a nursery container that allows me to put water in the bottom so the dirt can soak it up but once the dirt is damp I throw the extra water out. I have been using a heat pad to help ferment them faster but now the dirt has off white stuff on top and no sprouting. I don’t have access to sunlight so I didn’t put a lamp as the heat pad gave instructions not to do so as it will dry out the seed. What do I do?
