Second year on the flower garden addition. It’s coming along just wish the bunnies would stop chomping on my Dalia’s

    Love your flowers, especially the Lilies! This might sound random but I was checking your profile to see what specific type of Lily yours were (I’ve been looking into tiger and asiatic lilies to plant in my front yard) and I spotted the plant you have ID’d as a “watermelon Peperomia” 1. Looks great! Keep up the good work! And 2. Just wanted to let you know I think you might have the wrong ID for it. I have a watermelon Peperomia, and I think you have a different type similar to the watermelon Peperomia, such as a “peperomia frost” or one of the many “wrinkled leaves peperomia”. Here’s an ID to one that looks pretty close to yours! Hope this helps you find it if it isn’t a close enough match to yours! Just thought I should let you know in case it needs slightly different humidity or watering needs than what the watermelon ID gives. https://links.getplanta.com/dRiu

      I think the lilies said Forever Susan when I bought them last year. This is the first time flowering! I kinda gave up on the peperomia ID lol I’m thinking silver ripple but have never changed it. I don’t necessarily use plantas schedule 🤭

      Yes! grew from seed last year and shook the seeds all over for this year! It worked great! Plus they were one of the only flowers the corn beetles didn’t destroy

      Lovely!! My mom always shakes out her poppy seeds too. She has red, orange, and yellow varieties. I’ll have to see if I can find some purple ones to surprise her with ☺️

      They enjoy hostas, Dalia’s, daisies and the occasional lily lol
