More light. Or closer to the light. (I move my lights practically on top of them) Also either the breeze from a protected area outside or a light fan blowing on them so they get strong.

Does the wind help them be nore sturdy?

Yes! If I failed to do that, my plants always break once I put them outside or bend really bad and have a hard time recovering… Some do recover but they have a much more difficult time.

How forceful should the wind be? I tried and they all knocked over, is that a problem?

Super light… I always had mine on rotate so it just brushed by them off and on. They’re pretty tall now so you might have to have the fan really far at the other side of the room so they can start to get strong over time. Once they’re leggy it’s hard to correct but they can still grow and produce, whether flowers or veggies. 🙂

Also you can prop the fallen ones up with a small rock or stick until they get stronger…

More light. If your plant light has white/red setting, even better to help with stronger roots. Stronger roots = stronger, happier seedling :)
