Hi again. You are all such good teachers. This post concerns white powdery pillowy stuff living on my penstemon. I can not wipe it off with a finger. It also has the itty bitty white fast moving bugs living in the soil. Is this white stuff some kind of egg deposits? A fungus? So clueless here🤔
Hey, again! 👋🏼 You got it right with powdery Powdery Mildew is on your plant. As far as the bug might be fungus gnats.
