I have this raised bed and it is hollow, what do I put at the bottom so that the grass and weeds won’t grow through it?

    You can put down a landscaping tarp underneath, or some just stack it with organic material like large logs and mulch and it seems to do the trick. Check out the YouTube channel Epic Gardening, they have a ton of info on raised bed set up and gardening

    I have some raised beds myself and I used broken up sticks and a thick layer of leaves to fill the bottoms before I put the soil in and it worked great!

    A good barrier that will break down over time (which is probably a good thing since this is deep enough that what’s underneath will eventually die anyway) is cardboard. I have these same beds. Happy planting!
