This young lilac bush has really been through it. I've had it two years. It's constantly getting chomped by deer and this year it dried out while we were out of town and lost most of its leaves. Is this guy going to survive?

CelestaWhile there is still green, there is still hope! Looks like tiny new growth bottom left as well? Tip for the deer: get some metal t-posts and some bird netting. Will protect the plant from the deer long enough for it to get established :) if you get the green posts, it's not even ugly to look at!
