This is Pete 🌱 He’s my hardest working garden friend. He moved into my lemon tree about two weeks ago, loves to pose for photos and is slowly but surely knocking down the “bad” bug population for me. Seeing him everyday always brings a smile to my face, I feel very lucky that he’s decided to stay 💚
Tell Pete I said hi! I had one of his brethren in a sweet potato vine one year; it was awesome.

I have jumping spiders in my garden. When I first encountered them 3 years ago, I would talk to them and ask them to get all the bad bugs. I spoke in Apache of course 😁. And now I go out there, generations later, they still know me. They'll jump on my hands when I hold them out and I'll thank them. Then they just jump back onto the plants and do their thing 😂
