I’m trying to establish my garden with beautiful perennials. That way it comes up every year and I can have a mature garden. What perennial is a no brainer to plant?

    Are you interested in flowers or foliage? Different textured leaves? So many choices to choose from! Moon gardens are beautiful too!

    You also want to try and have a variety that are spring blooming vs late blooming flowers so there is always something appealing in your mature garden.

    Tiger lilies or asiatic lilies. My mom planted them when I was a kid at our old house and she only had to water them. Hoping the get some new ones for my front yard for next spring

    Depends on where you live - I love planting native plants because I find they are better supported by the whole ecosystem to allow for success year after year!
