   They're attracted to moisture. First shake the pot to encourage them to leave on their own. Then repot, physically remove any adults, and replace the soil to get any eggs/babies out. To discourage them from coming back, remove any leaf litter from the top of the soil. Remove wet crevice type hiding spots (like the bottom of the pot. You can put them on pot feet to help that.) More air flow also helps
