First time gardener, when can I harvest my cucumbers on my cucumber plant? I’ve got a couple coming in but this is my biggest one

    I usually harvest mine when the fruit becomes round, the spikes are there to protect the fruit. It doesn’t show the ripeness or anything. When you harvest them it should look like this picture. For those ones I would wait just a bit longer to harvest.
