Anyone here growing (or has grown) edamame? This is my first year with it and the plants are loaded but when do I harvest 🤔

    it’s feeling like a risky game! i read that the harvest window is short — but in some of the photos i’ve seen the hairs on the pods have turned more brown? these are shaded by other veggies and natives so maybe i’m waiting on something that’s never going to happen 🤔
