Tawni Fey
I was about to plant something in here this next weekend. Does anyone know what this is? It looks like a fungus I’ve never seen before and don’t know the best and safest way to get rid of it.

WilliamIt looks like dog vomit slime mold. Basically a harmless mold that grows in moist soil. If you want to get rid of it I just take a shovel and scoop it out but it’s not harmful at all!

Could also be flowerpot parasol. They look similar when they start. Also harmless and easy to remove
