    The picture is so dark, it’s hard to tell. It would be better to get a picture when there’s good light so we can better see the condition of the plant. Are the leaves soft and pliable, meaning they’re not dried, are they? That info will help others tell you what’s going on. Good luck. 😊💚🪴

    It’s for sure alive, some of the bottom leaves are dead, but the stems, top of the plant, and blooms are still green and plump. If it were dead it would be brown, limp and droopy. Looks like it will flower soon! I’d suggest figuring out what type of flower it is once it blooms and making sure its environment fits its needs and care requirements and it should perk up.

      Here’s some dahlia info, they like full sun as well so having it right next to your house isn’t the ideal spot.
