These are my Forget me nots. Iāve had them planted for a little over a month on my balcony and has drainage at the bottom. I donāt know what Iām doing wrong and why itās turning brown? Anyone know anything?

Whit_YThe container is too big for the root system. Itās holding too much water and probably causing the roots to rot. I would take them out and repot into a much smaller container. The soil level looks a little low too, be sure to fill it up more. Theyāre too low to take in adequate sunlight.

oh and also, how can i add more soil without like killing the roots?

When you repot add soil about 1/3 full and then place your forget me nots in and fill around with soil. Donāt pack it down too much. Iām not sure how large their current container is but I wouldnāt go larger than a 6ā pot and that might be too large still.
